Lead and oversee all banquet and event operations from setup to breakdown; coach banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff; ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution; partner with culinary, sales, and operations teams to execute weddings, corporate functions, and special events; maintain service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency; manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy; conduct pre-shift meetings and provide clear direction to event teams; resolve guest concerns professionally; ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards; support continuous improvement in service standards and team culture; hands-on leader who can inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and execute large-scale events with professionalism and hospitality.
