Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations by supervising staff, conducting floor checks, and managing opening and closing duties. Lead team development through daily meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching while optimizing labor scheduling. Maintain inventory control by auditing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and food safety practices. Address guest complaints and solicit feedback to uphold service standards. Perform onboarding for new hires and coordinate beverage quality assurance training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Food & Beverage, Restaurant and Bar Management experience
- Must have a high degree of professional integrity
- Ability to work safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with staff and vendors
- Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures
- Ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms
- Proficiency in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from staff and vendors
- Ability to abide by all Safety rules
- Ability to perform each task by practicing safe work habits
- Ability to report any type of injury immediately to their immediate supervisor or the Security Officer on duty
