Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager to anchor the F&B department across Le Moyne’s Chophouse, The Living Room lounge, Le Café, and upscale banquet spaces. Build organizational, analytical, and operational systems to empower teams, oversee workflows, inventory controls, procurement, and payroll support; analyze financial data, spot trends, and forecast staffing to maximize profitability; lead and mentor service staff, support training, and foster a servant-leadership culture; collaborate with marketing on on-brand social content; provide floor support during peak times to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant experience
- 2+ years in a restaurant management role
- Mobile County Food & Beverage Handler card
- ServSafe Manager certifications (within first quarter)
- Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift
- lift up to 50 lbs
