Oversee the daily management of the Food & Beverage Department to ensure the highest standard of service for hotel guests. Plans, organizes and directs the overall F&B service operation and administration, leveraging hospitality-management expertise, English proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. Emphasizes professionalism, leadership, and business acumen to deliver exceptional guest experiences and optimize departmental performance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
