Job Summary
Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team; oversee all functions, weddings and events run smoothly and efficiently; cover Duty Manager shifts including breakfast when needed; provide friendly, courteous and professional service; manage and direct F&B employees; ensure impeccable guest service; contribute to new food and drink offerings; ensure health and safety, hygiene and allergy compliance; perform monthly stock takes and oversee ordering; uphold F&B brand standards; develop talent and grow within the property and across the world; demonstrate strong beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, spirits) and maintain a guest-focused environment; drive customer service excellence and staff engagement across the hotel’s outlets and event spaces.
