Job Summary
Lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation across restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events with hands-on leadership. Drive service excellence, coordinate between F&B and other departments, ensure smooth conferences/events, and oversee rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory, and reporting to senior management. Require 8+ years of management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, a passion for guest experiences, and the ability to empower and inspire a team of professionals in a hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- experience in F&B outlets, banqueting and/or bar operations
- strong leadership and people development skills
- high-level communication and leadership abilities
