Job Summary
Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage team across restaurant, bar and room service, reporting to the General Manager with support from an Assistant Manager. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experiences, maintain high service standards and compliance, manage rosters, stock, cost control and reporting, and drive continuous improvement. Champion Accor’s values and the Heartist service culture while contributing to hotel-wide leadership discussions and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage leadership, ideally in hotel environments or similar
- Strong people-leadership skills and the ability to build a positive team culture
- Confidence managing budgets, labour and stock
- Solid understanding of RSA, food safety and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
