Job Summary
Assist the full-time management staff in the overall daily operation of the Food and Beverage Department at Carowinds. Provide supervisory support in quick service style restaurants or high volume kitchens, ensuring guests receive engaging activities that reflect core values of Integrity, Courtesy, and Inclusiveness. Maintain good judgement and a commitment to safety while interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays for this seasonal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
