Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean and stocked foodservice area, executing all foodservice programs, and ensuring an outstanding Guest Experience. This includes preparing food items, managing food safety standards, training associates, and maintaining store operations in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires effective communication skills, knowledge of foodservice operations, and the ability to manage transactions effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Ability to recognize numbers and count accurately
- Ability to handle cash and transactions
- Ability to lift and move merchandise
- Ability to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Food Safety certification
- Knowledge of foodservice programs
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
