Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Lead is accountable for managing a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, ensuring compliance with foodservice programs and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining food safety, preparing fresh condiments and meals, managing inventory, training associates, and providing excellent guest services as part of the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience. The role requires effective communication skills, food safety certification, and the ability to operate store equipment while ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively with customers
- Ability to become Food Safety certified
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count, and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise as required
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place a 21-pound package into a dip cabinet
