Job Summary
Join The Source Hotel as a Food & Beverage Lead, a hybrid role combining responsibilities as a server and supervisor. Engage with guests to deliver exceptional service and manage daily operations including shift leadership and team support. This position requires prior restaurant experience, with a strong preference for previous supervisory or leadership roles. Candidates should possess knowledge of service standards and regulations related to alcohol service. A flexible schedule is essential to accommodate day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant serving experience
- Previous lead/supervisory experience strongly preferred
- ServSafe/Food Handler certification or ability to obtain
