Food & Beverage Intern

Set up and unset function rooms, including table setting, according to established standards. Deliver Food and Beverages service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Gather and transport supplies for function setup, perform cashiering and beverage dispensing as assigned, and attend to guest needs, complaints, and on-site requests in a courteous manner. Ensure all service and storage areas remain safe, clean, and locked while reporting deviations, incidents, or irregularities to management. Maintain complete knowledge of F&B services, outlets, and hotel operations hours. Assist other F&B outlets during peak times and carry out any other duties as assigned by hotel management.
