Job Summary
F&B Host role at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai focused on delivering luxury guest-service standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting to tables and seating, handling outlet telephone inquiries, taking orders from F&B menus, maintaining menu and wine list knowledge, ensuring timely service per Six Senses standards, preparing mis-en-place before service, knowing outlet menus and opening hours, upselling when appropriate, maintaining clean equipment, upholding Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards, and meeting/exceeding performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- 1-3 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
