Job Summary
Food & Beverage Host (In Room Dining) at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai: responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting and seating, taking orders, maintaining menus and wine list, upselling when appropriate, knowledge of all outlet menus and opening hours, ensuring cleanliness and proper mise-en-place, and adherence to Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of restaurant experience in a luxury/hospitality setting, alcohol awareness certification or food service permit, and strong English communication skills.
