Job Summary
Barista at Coastal Roasters in the Food Court delivering prompt food and beverage service, taking and completing orders with accuracy, maintaining cleanliness and organization, learning all functions of Coastal Roasters, staying knowledgeable on menu items, assisting guests with suggestions, opening/closing duties, handling payments and cash drawer, and adhering to health/hygiene policies. Requires English communication, pre-employment checks, Food Handlers Card within 30 days, OLCC permit, CTCLUSI gaming license, ability to work all shifts (including weekends/holidays), and ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance where needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
- OLCC Permit at the time of hire
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing
- Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission
- Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend and squat frequently
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance
