Job Summary

Oversee daily dining room operations, staff collaboration, and guest service to ensure optimum service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include inspecting grooming, completing opening/closing duties, managing inventory and supplies, monitoring dining room seating and safety, and processing maintenance work orders. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees, and model the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Enforce company policies on safety and security, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, welcome guests professionally, and communicate clearly. Build positive relationships, support team goals, and drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Read and verify information, visually inspect tools/equipment, and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Maintain FIFO practices and ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Qualification highlights include at least 2 years of related experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; Education requirement is a High school diploma or GED equivalence.
