Job Summary
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to operational standards. Develop strategic menu planning initiatives, including pricing strategies and seasonal offerings, while managing inventory control and vendor relationships to optimize costs. Lead and mentor the F&B team, fostering a high-performance environment through training programs that elevate service standards. Analyze financial performance, monitor budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, utilizing customer feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management or hospitality operations
- Proven expertise in F&B operations management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in vendor management and procurement processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
Desired Qualifications
