Job Summary
Oversee operations of a corporate cafeteria facility, including food preparation, service delivery, and facility maintenance; lead kitchen and service teams; plan menus and ensure diverse dietary needs are met; monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers; ensure food safety and hygiene per local regulations; manage budgets and vendor negotiations to control costs; drive customer satisfaction through consistent service quality and effective issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field
- Experience: 3-4 years in corporate cafeteria management or institutional food service operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSAI compliance)
- Leadership: manage teams of 10-15 staff members
