Job Summary
Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain quality standards, and coordinate across departments. Develop and execute strategic F&B initiatives to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, delivering constructive performance feedback. Implement and maintain food safety protocols compliant with FSSAI regulations and industry standards. Analyze operational metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions; resolve operational challenges and customer concerns with transparency and decisiveness. Requires proficiency in food & beverage operations management, hospitality best practices, strong leadership, excellent customer service, and experience with POS systems and restaurant management software. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
