Job Summary

Coordinate events at Bella Vista Property Owners Association Food & Beverage locations, including Highlands Pub & Patio and Little Sugar Bistro, by arranging vendors, booking entertainment, and managing the internal events calendar. Plan events with attention to detail and financial constraints, oversee invoicing and talent bookings, and provide on-site troubleshooting. Manage content for the external events calendar and submit post-event metrics reports to evaluate success and improve future operations. Maintain a driver's license and availability for evening and weekend events.

Required Qualifications

  • valid driver's license
