Job Summary
Conduct floor service, bar support, and event management for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while ensuring dining and common area cleanliness. Manage end-of-day closures and reports using the CRM and operational systems. Share menu knowledge with guests and provide table service across all meal periods. This role requires native Italian and conversational English skills, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. Located in central Rome, the position offers continuous mentorship in the hospitality sector within an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Native Italian speaker
- Basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions)
- A third language
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels
