Job Summary
Food & Beverage Duty Manager overseeing Cliveden Bar & Dining operations and supporting Sanctum HQ, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities include training and developing team members, supporting revenue initiatives while maintaining cost controls, recruiting and onboarding new staff to uphold brand standards and cultivate upselling, coordinating event operations, ensuring adequate rosters for events, managing guest feedback with prompt, positive outcomes, and leading a team to deliver smooth operations in a busy hotel environment. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays, with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to lead independently while adapting to change. Must hold a valid RSA.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience within the Food & Beverage
- Must hold a valid RSA
