Job Summary
Supervise dining room operations in a remote Nunavut lodge, drive staff and deliveries to offsite locations, train staff on dining standards, set up dining areas, serve guests, audit inventory, and produce large-volume menu items; requires 3 years food service experience, safety certification is an asset (SafeCheck advanced or HACCP), valid Class 5 driver’s license, ability to pass background and drug testing, and strong supervisory and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the food service industry or hotel management
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Recent clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Experience in supervising and training a team
- Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS software
