Job Summary
Food & Beverage Director for a Troon-managed HOA property overseeing front-of-house and bar operations across HOA venues. Lead and develop F&B staff, manage labor and costs, ensure service standards and guest satisfaction, collaborate with culinary leadership on menus and pricing, support events and promotions, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Requires 3–5+ years of leadership in hospitality/club operations, experience managing multiple outlets, and beverage-program knowledge. On-site, full-time role in Punta Gorda, FL. Employment actions are managed under Troon authority.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or club operations
- Experience managing multiple outlets
- Knowledge of beverage programs and inventories
- Extended standing and walking; lift up to 50 lbs; nights, weekends, holidays required
