Job Summary
Lead and inspire the Mama team while collaborating with the Head Chef to elevate food, drinks, and service standards across breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner, and bar operations. Oversee the full F&B experience in restaurants, terraces, and meeting rooms, ensuring consistency through training and mentoring staff on culinary and service protocols. Manage administrative tasks, create balanced rotas, and own the entire operation to deliver the Mama experience to guests and suppliers alike. Requires Czech B2 proficiency, natural teaching ability, and high energy in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Czech language at B2 level or higher
- Passion and creativity in food and drinks
- Ability to lead and inspire team members
- Experience working hand-in-hand with a Head Chef
- Ability to oversee breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner, and bar service
- Ability to train and mentor the team on food, drinks, and service standards
- Ability to handle admin tasks and create balanced, fair rotas
- Ability to own the entire F&B operation
- Natural teaching ability
- Ability to work in high energy and fast-paced environments
