Job Summary
Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans aligning with hotel and brand strategic goals. Oversee all F&B outlets, banquet events, and in-room dining to ensure seamless execution and service excellence. Conduct evaluations, analyze guest feedback, and investigate complaints to maintain quality standards. Design revenue-generating programs and implement innovative programming to remain competitive in the local market. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified team members while enforcing all brand standard operating procedures. Lead and motivate associates using effective leadership practices and performance management to foster a high-performing culture. Build relationships within the local community to enhance public relations and brand presence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of financials, food cost, labor cost, and revenue strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing both restaurant and banquet operations is preferred
