Job Summary
Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to all guests at Woodward Tahoe lodges and pop-up outlets. Operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions, and assist with food prep, stocking, and maintaining clean stations. Ensure health and safety standards are followed while performing bussing, dishwashing, and basic cleaning duties. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep energy high during busy weekends and powder days. Morning, mid-day, and evening shifts are available, with weekend and holiday work expected. Starting pay is $18/hour plus tips, with employee housing available starting at $350/month. No prior food service experience is needed; we will train you.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday shifts are expected
- Morning, mid-day, and evening shifts available depending on role
- Positive, friendly, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to earn one)
