Food & Beverage Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet functions; assist in scheduling staff, monitor staffing levels, and ensure event orders (BEOs) are accurately distributed to kitchen, service teams and other departments. Maintain F&B records, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, assist with inventory tracking and purchasing coordination, and update menus and POS systems. Act as a liaison between kitchen, service, purchasing, sales, and hotel management to ensure service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Support training and onboarding of F&B team members; coordinate with Sales and Events teams for banquet functions and group bookings; monitor cost controls, track supplier orders, and ensure proper billing for events and outlets. Required skills include attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, customer service orientation, financial awareness, and teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Russian and Turkish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
