Job Summary
Supervise Receiving Clerk activities and manage Food & Beverage requisitions. Prepare Sales Analysis and Standard Recipe Costing, Cost Reports, and monitor non-food purchases against budget. Conduct pre-costing of restaurant and banquet menus, inventory of Food & Beverage and general items, and manage minimum and maximum par levels for store items. Support cost-control efforts to keep food, beverage, and supplies costs to a minimum and assist the Finance Manager with reports.
