Job Summary
Lead a Food & Beverage Closing Team Leader role at Target in Glendale, CO, guiding closing routines, guest experience and team performance. Responsible for coaching and developing hourly team members, driving sales goals through effective merchandising, pricing and promotions, maintaining food safety and quality, managing inventory and backroom areas, and partnering with store leadership and vendors to uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient closing operation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead a closing team and manage tasks
- Ability to handle cash register operations as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigeration and freezer conditions
