Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day delivery of catering operations to ensure high-quality food and beverage services across Venues NSW venues. Provide exceptional customer service, monitor operational requirements, and maintain compliance with organisational policies and food safety standards. Identify and resolve routine operational issues, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate operational records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to contribute to the efficient delivery of catering services. Requires RSA accreditation and minimum three years' experience in large-scale events or multi-site hospitality operations.
