Food & Beverage Captain

Manage guest experience at Baba Chews Restaurant by greeting guests, taking room service orders via phone or app, and ensuring food is prepared and presented correctly. Monitor wine pairings, daily promotions, and specials while checking storage areas for supplies, organization, and cleanliness. Anticipate operational needs, verify room service equipment functionality, and maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform compliance. Perform assigned duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Operation Manager.
