Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant role focuses on welcoming guests, handling transactions with a POS system, and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, guest engagement, accurate charging and discounting, addressing pricing discrepancies, quick table turnover via pre-bussing, ensuring stock and notifying management of shortages, assisting with bus stations and cleaning, coordinating with other departments as needed, and following safety policies. Candidates should embody strong guest-service skills, ability to work collaboratively, and flexibility to perform various duties as business volumes dictate. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions typical of a summer restaurant setting at Aspen Snowmass.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 16 years of age
- Proficient guest service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English
- Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level for ski in/ski out restaurants in winter
