Job Summary
Full-time Food & Beverage Attendant responsible for Room Service orders, taking orders via phone and MICROS, delivering food to guest rooms, handling beverages, maintaining stock and cleanliness, greeting guests, memorizing menu items and daily specials, assisting with seating, handling payments, and following safety and service standards per Marriott guidelines; requires lifting/pushing/pulling 25 pounds, standing for long periods, flexibility in scheduling, and strong customer service in a hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum lifting of 25 pounds
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
- Standing for long period of time
- Minimum pulling of 25 pounds
- Excellent attendance record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel
