Job Summary
Food & Beverage Attendant in RACV Cobram Resort cafe, responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences through fast-paced cafe service, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with a commercial machine, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean, organized cafe and handling stock rotation and cash accurately. Role requires weekend availability, a background in cafe or hospitality, strong barista skills, a VIC RSA Certificate, and excellent communication to engage guests and colleagues. Shifts are on a 7-day rotating roster with weekend availability essential; successful candidate will support daily operations and deliver friendly, service-focused hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- A current VIC RSA Certificate
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Consent to a criminal record check
- Ability to perform inherent requirements of the role as outlined by the Job Task Analysis - Food & Beverage
