Job Summary
Assist in the smooth operation of F&B outlets across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the extensive bar offering at Miss Mi restaurant. Explain menus to guests with gusto, assist those with special dietary needs, and provide enthusiastic wine and beverage recommendations. Maximize sales through upsell opportunities while maintaining a calm nature in a fast-paced environment. Work 3 to 4 shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. You must have rights to work in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.
- The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
- An ability to find the "Yes" in every situation.
- A passion for maximising sales in every upsell opportunity.
- A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The ability and flexibility to work 3 to 4 shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- To be success in this role, you must have rights to work for any employee in Australia.
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in A la carte/Wine service/Coffee making is preferred.
