Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
- Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Working rights within Australia or New Zealand
