Job Summary
Assist with restaurant service periods by tending to guests and exceeding their expectations while delivering service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail. Handle general enquiries to create meaningful, tailored guest experiences and support the team in general operational tasks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service to enable future bookings. Requires an up-to-date RSA, relevant experience, and working rights in Australia.
