Job Summary
Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests by warmly welcoming them, assisting with menu and dietary requirements, and delivering accurate orders using the POS system. Maintain immaculate service areas while strictly adhering to hygiene standards and WHS practices. Be an expert on the hotel to ensure guests receive a dynamic service experience beyond their expectations. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Barista skills advantageous
