Job Summary
Provide friendly, personalized service and welcome guests at Pullman Lombok Mandalika, while delivering attentive F&B service across restaurants and bars. Maintain professional standards, adapt to guest needs, and follow HACCP and safety guidelines. Coordinate with kitchens and other departments (bars, lobby, banquet) to meet guest expectations, assist with inventories, promote hotel offers, and help increase guest loyalty. Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a polished, professional appearance to contribute to a positive, high-quality dining experience for guests in a luxury resort setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/oral)
