Food & Beverage Attendant

Greet guests, respond to enquiries, and manage restaurant, bar, and event bookings. Provide knowledgeable guidance on menu options, assist with dietary needs, and maximise sales through effective suggestive selling. Accurately take, repeat, and enter orders into the POS system, ensure timely communication with the kitchen, and deliver meals and beverages promptly. Follow all food safety procedures, maintain cleanliness of the bar/restaurant/event spaces, handle phone inquiries, and upsell where appropriate. Assist with setup, service, and reset of conferences and events; comply with RSA and liquor licensing guidelines; participate in mandatory training and team communications. Demonstrate financial awareness by monitoring amenity usage and cost impact. Must have customer service experience, food safety awareness, and a NSW RSA; willing to undergo a police check. Must be able to work a variety of shifts and have work rights.
