Job Summary
Food & Beverage Attendant across hotel outlets (In room dining, Conference & Events, Minibar, and Restaurant Service) delivering high-standard guest experiences. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, taking orders, delivering service, recommending and promoting specials, managing a section, and maintaining a pristine mise en place. The ideal candidate should be a storytelling host who connects with guests through the menu, with solid customer service, knowledge of wine regions and local spirits preferred, immaculate grooming, and the ability to work across shifts including nights and weekends. Must have RSA in South Australia and Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid RSA in South Australia
- Holds current and valid Australian working rights
- Previous experience in a quality establishment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
