Job Summary
Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associate II will be the face of the in-office Concierge pantry program across South Bay markets, responsible for client-site merchandising of office kitchens/pantries, inventory management, expiration checks, routine equipment maintenance (e.g., coffee & kegerators), and completing task lists. The role requires strong customer service, effective communication with clients and Crafty team members, ability to move between locations, and peer mentoring to train peers on SOPs and quality control checks. This is a full-time, early-morning position (starting around 6:00 AM) servicing multiple client sites in the South Bay, with a focus on operational accuracy, safety, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed
- Peer coach; have mastered our operational best practices and equipment SOPs to the point that they can train their peers
- Demonstrates a team-oriented approach, emphasizing teamwork, supportive behavior, constructive conflict resolution, and a commitment to shared success.
