Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service throughout the guest dining experience, responding to special requests and confidently upselling menu items including starters, desserts, and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas while presenting professionally in full uniform. Attend training sessions to develop strong menu knowledge for informed recommendations. Work approximately 30–40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays, with own transport essential due to shift patterns.
