Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and undivided attention to Executive Lounge guests by anticipating service needs and actively listening to preferences. Monitor food hygiene standards, maintain the lounge environment, and manage self-service area stocks while assisting with food preparation and setup. Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's high performance standards and quality orientation. This role requires full knowledge of hotel facilities and strong communication skills to engage diverse teams. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry
- ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- quality oriented with focus on details
- high performance standards
- able to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Must be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services
- Monitor the highest level of Food Hygiene
- To have full knowledge of Guest-ware and to use information daily for follow up
- Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible
