Job Summary
Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department by delivering first-class service and a customer-centric approach to guest enquiries. Manage assigned duties to ensure timely, professional execution while collaborating with immediate reports to control costs, inventory, and productivity. Achieve departmental plans and objectives by adhering to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practices for internal and external audits. Maintain effective working relationships that promote company culture and values while finding creative solutions to take ownership of tasks. Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards through documented follow-up activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
