Food & Beverage Administrator

Job Summary
Maintain accurate Food & Beverage records, databases, and filing systems while producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, labour, and cost reports. Track departmental budgets, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and monitor performance KPIs for management. Manage employee records, rotas, attendance, and payroll submissions, ensuring all food safety, HACCP, and licensing documentation remains up to date for audits. Assist with event administration, handle internal and external enquiries, and support operational projects within the F&B department. This role requires 2 to 3 years of experience in 5-star luxury hotels and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards at Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- 2 to 3 years' experience in 5-star luxury hotels
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Creative, responsible hardworking attitude with positive work ethics
- Ability to adapt different software's and use Microsoft, PW, Severooms, Fetch
- Keen eye for detail in Menu design and grammar
- Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality restaurant experience and what it takes to deliver it
- Empathetic with a talent for building rapport, and reading each guest's desired level of interaction
- Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems' at the moment
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Location: On-site in Knutsford, Cheshire, North-West England (not remote)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience within hospitality, catering, or Food & Beverage operations
- Knowledge of stock management and purchasing systems
- Experience with payroll, rota, or finance software
- Understanding of food safety and hospitality compliance requirements
