Job Summary
Prepare and sell snacks and meals at the Villa Sport Café using predetermined standards and recipes. Clean and maintain cooking and serving areas while assisting in Member Services, Recovery + Spa, Housekeeping, Sports, and Facilities as needed. Maintain a can-do spirit and provide five-star customer service in a fast-paced, varied environment. Minimum age of 16 required with Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications obtained within 30 days of employment. Hourly compensation based on experience, with a 401(k) match up to 4% and complimentary club membership included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment
- Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment
- Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment
- Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment only if serving and/or selling alcohol at the location of employment
- Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
- Five-star customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
- Committed and flexible
- Outgoing, friendly and able to work with and serve all kinds of people

Desired Qualifications
- Background in restaurants or food service preferred
- Bilingual a plus
