Job Summary
Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments. Ensure all setups meet quality and presentation standards while adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations. Maintain a clean workstation and report any food safety or product quality concerns to the line manager. Assist team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. DO & CO operates in 33 locations globally, offering gourmet entertainment across airlines, events, restaurants, lounges, and hotels.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work different shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume food production or assembly role preferred
- Proactive and self-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Capable of reading and following written instructions related to food handling and tray setup
- Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
