Job Summary
TM will be responsible for the production of the store, primarily preparing food. TM will be trained in detail on how to operate the makeline and oven, know how to stretch sauce and cheese pizzas correctly, build orders completely, read job aids, and load products into the ovens correctly with a 2-minute make time. TM will also be trained on how to correctly oven trend, package post-cook items, and assist customers. Requires 18+ years, ability to work late nights, stand for long periods, work in a hot area, understanding of food safety, good communication and attitude, some computer skills, multitasking, self-motivation, and the ability to follow directions.
